ABOUT ME

Well, Im currently 25 and i have a strong belief in the substance of humanity. It's a daily struggle with the bombardment of news stories and infectious negativity. But ultimately it is something i have to believe in to get up in the morning. I write zines some times and play a little music. I sometimes feel starved at the nourishment general conversation gives and know there has to be something more out there.

PHILOSOPHY

Thats the heavy question of the day. I am into the idea of pronoia which is the opposite of paranoia. That instead of the world conspiring to get you that actually we are constantly being showered with blessings. It's hard to get out of the doomed funk sometimes but necessary. I feel like while traveling you don't have a floor supporting you but are more capable of zooming in on the things important to you. Eventually i would like to settle and pull the things most important close to me and my life.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm actually really new to it. Except that our old house was a pretty heavy member in Portland OR. it sounds like a really useful and nice project and i hope to be involved more in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

when i was 17 I left home to hitchhike East coast to West coast of North America. I had no money and relied on the moral fibers of those arround me. Since then Iv settled for brief periods before feeling the need to move on. Lately though Iv been feeling older and that maybe im ready to look at the benefits of putting roots down somewhere.
