I’m someone who’s always been drawn to new experiences, ideas, and perspectives. Having lived across five countries on three continents and travelled through a few dozen more, I eventually stepped away from a conventional job about seven years ago to build something of my own in the sustainability space. That journey has shaped how I see the world and the kind of people I enjoy surrounding myself with.
I value presence, warmth, and kindness in the people I spend time with. Over the years, travel has become less about places and more about people the conversations, shared meals, and unexpected connections that stay with you long after the trip ends.
That said, I also appreciate my quiet moments. Some days are for good company; others are for slowing down, reflecting, and just doing my own thing.
I enjoy meaningful conversations about life, perspectives, culture, ideas, or even the randomness in between. I’m naturally curious and genuinely enjoy listening as much as sharing. My past work with the UN and various NGOs gave me the chance to meet people from all walks of life, and that’s something I deeply value.

At this stage in life, I try to approach things with a sense of gratitude and balance. For me, experiences and people will always matter more than ticking destinations off a list, travel is just the medium.

I’ve hosted and surfed quite a bit, and it’s been one of the most rewarding parts of my travels. Some of my best memories come from people I met here.

For me, it’s not just about a place to stay, it’s about sharing experiences, conversations, and moments that stay with you long after.

I enjoy spending time with open-minded, easygoing people whether it’s cooking together, sharing stories, or just unwinding.
I like staying active through workouts, sports, and outdoor experiences like hiking, trekking, and camping. I’m always up for a bit of adventure, especially the kind that pushes you out of your comfort zone.
Lately, I’ve been drawn to more mindful and wholesome experiences, anything that brings balance, whether through nature, movement, or good conversations.

I don’t think there’s just one “amazing thing” I can point to. If anything, it’s been a collection of meaningful experiences over the years, most of them shaped by the people I’ve met along the way.
Travel has introduced me to some incredible individuals, and I feel genuinely fortunate to have crossed paths with people who’ve added so much value, perspective, and warmth to my life.

I enjoy the natural exchange of sharing and learning from each other. I can help with Hindi and German, and I love cooking, anything from Indian food to cuisines I’ve picked up while travelling.
I’m also happy to share a bit of bachata or bhangra, get a workout in, or play chess. And if the setting allows, things like swimming or horse riding are always fun.
At the same time, I’m always open to learning something new- skills, perspectives, or even small everyday things. For me, it’s all about the exchange.
