What shall I say, hm! Nothing?! No! Maybe, I am a 31 year old chef from Germany who thought– come on let `s have break after all these years of working an going back to school for a further education and travel a little bit around. So after nearly one year New Zealand it is time to move on and now it is Autralias turn.
After Australia probably Thailand and then we will see if I might return to the real life ;-)
