Forever learning and growing, seeking to inspire and be inspired wherever I go.
I am a herbalist and holistic chef who feels most at home while communing with nature and while working with food to nourish myself and others. I love to create medicines using medicinal plants that I ethically harvest myself. I am a classically trained opera singer. I love to play guitar or Uke and sing medicine music but also some classic rock and folk. I love to participate in drumming circles, to serve and share the magical medicine of cacao and to share my knowledge and love for the natural world and spiritual practices with others.
I also love to surf, mountain bike, rock climb, fly fish, sew, make beaded jewelry and so much more.
