Current mission is to explore as much of the US as possible to really see what our great country has to offer.

ABOUT ME

I consider myself a positive and outgoing person. A smile really goes a long way and I'll always try and see the best in a situation. I really enjoy good food, from a greasy hamburger in a hole in the wall joint to beef carpaccio in a five star restaurant--I'll eat it all. I have a degree in English Linguistics and Spanish from the University of Nevada, Reno. I enjoy getting outside hiking and walking around as much as I enjoy staying in with a good book or movie. A balance between being active and having down time is very important to me.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is 10% what happens to you, and 90% how you react to it. Life is all about attitude.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Currently am traveling across the country looking for people to surf with or join us for an activity around town. In my hometown my parents host surfers so we'll normally take them up around Lake Tahoe to explore. Once I get a place of my own again I plan on hosting surfers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some great people coming through northern Nevada who have just been extremely positive and their love of traveling has just further fueled my own.

Hiked around a glacier in Perito Moreno in Argentina and drank fresh glacier water. I've held the oldest dinosaur bone in the world. Spent a memorable day biking around Tuscany through the vineyards.
