ABOUT ME

My name is Alon
alon in hebrow means a big tree.
my childhood was all about wave surfing, it gave my a meaning for life, a way of life. Surfing took my to Costa Rica south Africa France spaine Portugal and Mexico. In Mexico after 9 ears of surfing I fell on my head from a wave in pourto escondido (beautiful beach in the south pacific side) and injured my back badly. for the first time in my life I find my self
fare from home and I can't surf!!! it was like a computer with out software. deep in side I felt that some thing is happening in side my: I enjoyed seating on the beach and looking at the sun set, I felt the energy of the volcanoes felt the energy of the Indian, the Maya energy. for the first time in my life I stopped. I meditate! I understood that surfing in this trip won't happen. so I joined 2 amazing Israelis that I met how were on there way to Guatemala.
in Guatemala I was completely high from the energy, the volcanows!wow!amazing!

after a month there I came back home to Israel.
my back was a mess! I couldn't do anything.
so I started learning Feldenkreis from my mother (she ie a Feldenkreis teacher).
step by step my back got better.
then I started to combine yoga practice with the Feldenkreis.
I found an amazing yoga teacher how teaches a very unique yoga called shadow yoga. it's a mix of hata yoga and some of the morchel art techniques (tchi gong and more)
after a ear I was in the best shape ever.
I started doing things I never that I could do.
the yoga practice took my to a beautiful 7 month trip on the Himalayas of India...
I can't describe what happened there by words...
when I came back to Israel I started a Feldenkreis teachers training course, and continued practicing yoga.
for money I worked in many bars, thats my temporary profession, I love making coffee and cocktails.
although I learned reiki and theta heeling
that took my to very powerful experiences.
I love contact dancing and Capoeira
there are some amazing festivals in Israel that I love to take place there: dance meet pray love...
I have a Bachelor for Music Pedagogic.
I work as a Feldenkrais and Contact improvisation teacher.
Lately I fell in love with Tango!!!
that's my story on one foot...
my mission is to understand the body, to create the healthiest way of life,a way that provide health and folly energetic life.
