ABOUT ME

well, i love to explore the places and the land and life on it.am a photographer and love sports and outdoor activities.Apart from my profession as a Dental surgeon ,i reach out to those hard to reach with cancer awareness mission and give motivational,interactive talks and share my experiences on travels and mission.
I am a cancer survivor myself and am a Director of my foundation HIGHWAYS INFINITE .Have immense respect for mother nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS expanded my world and I am in gratitude because of this concept i met unique, amazing CSers,in Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Ireland,US, Taiwan and my home country.

Interests

Trekking,mountaineering, driving,reading,.photography and creative activities.
Interacting with different communities, keen interest in environment and wild life issues.

Music - all except hard core classical...They make me sleep after some time.
Books - I have 4 cupboards full of books from Fiction to Adventures to National Geography to many more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Trekking Siachen Glacier in Ladakh region of India-World's Highest and Toughest Battle field and Longest Glacier outside the Polar region.

I drove SOLO of 30,220km in 177 days to the 4 tips of India and crossed the highest passese in the world [the first two being in India itself.]
A white rainbow in the night.
A giant halo aroud the sun.
Heard the Jungle/forest come alive like an orchestra in the night when the world sleeps.
The amazing views and feelings when in the Himalayas
Landing over tree while skydiving.
Chased by a buffalo around a big tree trunk in the dark.All i could see were to shining eyes chasing me.
Similar encounter with a wildboar-still in one piece.
