Overview
About Me
As a child, I used to live in England following my Father to get his PhD degree, I had a great childhood there and met lots of people from all around the world. I came back to Indonesia in 1999.
I'm currently working for an oil company based in Indonesia as an Engineer. I have just started travelling since 2014. and would love to get more experience in meeting with new people :)
I'm a quiet person at first, but when you get to know me and I feel comfortable, I can get very talkative! I really like sharing my experiences with other people! I am simple and do not like people who judge without getting to know a person, because everyone is unique in their own way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best part of travelling for me is when you get to meet new people from where you visit, share stories and get to know more about the daily life in that certain country. I am planning to travel to Amsterdam in April and would love if I could meet up with someone while I'm there :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I currently live in the depths of Indonesia's Riau Province (which is known for it's crude oil produce), in which my housing camp resides right in the middle of the forest. The camp even has a conservation forest that is literally inhabited by various wild animals (elephants, wild boars, monkeys, snakes, etc.). One crazy experience happened one night when I was laying back in my bedroom. I heard a hustle from the backyard, at first I thought that it was just a cat or something small that might be digging into the rubbish bin, but it turned out that it was actually a herd of elephants searching for food!! I was shocked yet excited that night. The elephants went past my back door!! and they were HUGE! The little elephants even played somewhat seemed like football, but with the bin lid!! The next day, I found my backyard plants were gone! It was such a unique experience, I wouldn't have had it if I were living in the city :)
