To explore the world and meet like minded individuals everywhere. I have travelled and lived all over the United States, now it's time to make my dreams come true and see the rest of the world!

ABOUT ME

Oh my where to begin. I'm a very high spirit lady that loves to laugh and smile. Very enthusiastic and upbeat. I love the arts, sang in a band for many years (in my youngster days lol) and music is definitely a passion. My taste in music is very eclectic yet jazz is my passion. I am the proud mother of 3 children that are no longer children so it is now my time to explore. Traveling all over Europe has been a dream of mine since I was a child and of course motherhood and a career stepped in and changed my plans for a while. I just recently became disabled, but looking at me you'd never know. Since I became disabled I decided that if I can't work anymore then it's time to live my dream and so I shall. My best friend for over 35 years lives in France yet I want to start in the USA first to see all the beautiful places here, then off to Europe! As my best friend and my children remind me daily..Once I get over the pond I probably won't ever come back. The funny part... they are right!

PHILOSOPHY

I truly believe that life is to short to let it breeze by. We get so caught up in the day to day life (especially in America) that we forget to slow down and stop to smell the roses. So for me that's exactly what I'm going to do..stop and smell the roses all over the world!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't experienced it as of yet, but have a bunch of friends that have and I want to see the world through the eyes of the local people, what a fabulous way to do so. Thanks Couchsurfers, what a fantabulous idea.

Interests

Traveling of course, music all types yet my heart belongs to jazz. Love the theatre and all the arts. I love the outdoors, camping hiking, growing and loving. Being one with nature is my zen space! Spending time with new and old friends and learning about new cultures. Oh and food...I love food and am a great cook and baker :-)

Done: Delivered twins in my friends house..Way different then pushing them out lol.
Seen: My own children being born.

One truly amazing thing: Finding myself through Reiki and implementing the practices in my daily life because it enabled me to see me!

Teach: how to laugh so hard you will cry.. and I make a killer carrot cake lol

Share: some crazy funny stories so you can practice laughing so hard you will cry!
