Healthy lifestyle, buddhism (I prefer not a religious parts but philosophic ones instead, such as learning through your own experience )-- after I bought bicycle my freedom feeling gone wider, travelling up to 150-200 km per day using only my own abilities is not a barrier now. That's what concerned only my own abilities. But I'm in love with two wheels vehicles - and can rely on machine engines - I'm motorcyclist too.
