About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel the world learning about technology and science and interviewing the people who are chaning it for the better

ABOUT ME

Patrick Roanhouse is the host of "The Plan8 Podcast". He has covered such events as Macworld San Fran 2009, the first Teens in Tech Conference, New York ComicCon 2009, and E3 Expo 2009. He has had the pleasure of interviewing people who have greatly impacted the worlds of technology, science, and geek culture. He started The Plan8 Podcast in hopes of sharing his love for technology, science, and all things geek with other people. I Learned to program on a Commodore 64. I learned how to surf the internet back in the days of Gopher and Electronic BBS systems. I am a total UNIX / Linux geek since he got his first Intel computer at the age of twelve. I'm a avid technologist and budding tech startup entrepreneur. Originally from Severna Park, Maryland; I currently reside in the Baltimore neighborhood of Charles Village

PHILOSOPHY

Be excellent to each another, San Demus RULES, don't cross the streams, never say I will be right back, if someone asks you if you are a god you say yes, and where we are going we don't need roads.
