Usually I don't. That's why I'm here. I'm trying to participate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much. I met a CouchSurfer at a friend's place recently and he was very cool, so I thought, "What the hey, let's do this!"

Interests

I'm an observer and introvert. I travel to see the world, the way people live, the way things are—not really to "do" things. I like talking to people, but certainly not to everyone I meet. CouchSurfing seems like a great way to meet genuinely cool and interesting people while traveling—a way to feel less isolated when I do my lonely wandering.

I think it's tedious when people compare these kinds of categories.

I like to watch all kinds of movies, listen mostly to hip-hop, and these days read a lot of creative nonfiction.
