I am really into music, but I almost do not listen to mainstream music at all. I am mainly open to anything that sounds different to anything I heard before and inspires me.
I am into lots of different music and like to play in bands! I play bass guitar and guitar.
I do enjoy mainstream stuff a lot when going out.

I really like travelling to countries and staying with the inhabitants of the country. It's great to learn about their country/culture/food etc. I really enjoy to see the differences and hear their opinions about everything.
I have already had several experiences like this, but not through Couchsurfing. I went to China with some Chinese people I met in Holland and it was amazing. The local people always know best about their place, better than any book or tv programme or anything :-)

I really enjoy learning languages, especially from people from other countries. I can teach other people to speak English, German or Dutch.
Besides this I like cooking, I would very much like to learn how to cook a dish from your country!
