关于我

CURRENT MISSION

To expand.

ABOUT ME

I realize I don't know much about myself, so there isn't much for me to say here.

It seems as though I'm a late blooming wanderlust, I feel unbound and open in a way a never have, ready to explore the universe and meet new people. I love to record, and I love to create music. I love marrying and combining creative talents of all sorts to create something worthwhile and fulfilling, without regards to monetary value.
I love roller-coasters, solitude, and sleeping outside without a a tent.

It should be noted that I am not easy to offend, or discourage. I appreciate honesty and truth, no matter how brutal or dark. As a matter of fact, I welcome and encourage it.

I tend to ramble, and do a lot of over explaining, so let me stop here.

PHILOSOPHY

I couldn't say, this is a transitional time for me. This trip may shape my personal philosophy into something more tangible.

So far, I've got the feeling that "God" is not exactly an independent sentient being, but the collective conscious of the universe, created by all of us. People manifest this in their own way, whether it be in the form of polytheism, monotheism, Gaia, faeries, chi, or anything else. The fundamental base of every belief seems to be "oneness," and in that way, I think we are all one already. The same way people have different ways of learning, they have different ways of connecting themselves to "god."

音乐、电影和书籍

Music: Anything quirky, interesting, and unique. Some of my favorites include Animal Collective, Broken Social Scene, Death Cab For Cutie (pre Plans), Devendra Banhart, Daniel Johnston, The Beatles (surprise!), The Beach Boys... this list could go on forever, but those are a few who have endured through the ages for me.

Movies: Guy Ritchie, Quentin Tarentino, and George Lucas can do no wrong. Tim Burton hits hard and misses hard. I always enjoy psychological thrillers and puzzles like Vanilla Sky or that movie with Leonardo DeCaprio that had everyone going nuts recently, I forgot the name of it. Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless mind had been my favorite movie for years. Scott Pilgrim, Garden State, The Professional, Gangs of New York, There Will be Blood, The Dark Night are all amazing. Almost every movie based on a comic book that came out after Spider Man has been thoroughly enjoyable for me.

Books: Roald Dahl, Tom Robbins, Ray Bradbury, James Joyce, Lois Lowry, Richard Brautigan, Michael Crichton. I don't read nearly enough, and have only read a book or two from most of these authors, but I loved them all.

教,学,和分享

- You can clean dishes with dirt and rocks. It isn't counter intuitive!
- People who eat organic and raw look a lot younger, healthier and happier than everyone else. It's not a myth!
- Green beans last longer than any other green before they go bad, from what I've seen. It's a good travel green if you don't know what to eat off the land.
- Nutritional Yeast and Raw Molasses are two extremely cheap and nutritious foods you should always have if you're traveling light. Avocados too, minus the cheap.
- If you're hitchhiking, wear bright colors and smile.
- You'll miss a lot if you judge everyone.
- If you play music, it's worth it to carry your instrument. My biggest "regret" so far has been not bringing mine.
-The universe will give you what you need, when you need it, and only takes from you what you don't need. Don't worry!
