我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I was in school, I was with my closest friend at his house a lot. One of the reasons we went there so much is that they always had the most interesting guests. Every week, I got to meet someone new, someone experienced but also curious, always talking English, but never Swedish. Always with stories about visiting Africa, Asia, Australia, America: places I had never been to. What I got to know later is that my friend's parents were hosting on Couchsurfing.com and they did it to meet new people, while giving back to the community they had before made use of. I'm hopeful to find people out in the world who wants to meet me, a traveller, soon experienced but for ever curious. I definitely want to meet you.

I know that without meeting the people, you haven't felt the country you're visiting, and with meeting, I mean talking to, doing stuff with and maybe even living with the people, at least for a few days. This is what Couchsurfing is for, and that's why I'm here.
