To eat as much bento as possible in one month, to eat enough donuts for a Pon de Lion keychain, to celebrate my birthday in India!

ABOUT ME

Hello! My name's Rob. I'm a bit shy, sometimes active and sometimes just incredibly lazy, I'm serious but smiling a lot. I love traveling, both from and to my work and to the other side of the world, and I like to look around a lot while I'm doing that. I'm full of useless random knowledge. I tend to make angry faces when I'm dancing hard.

In daily life I'm researching new ways to model virtual environments for games and simulations. Sometimes I'm a stage manager at one of Holland's nicest venues for seeing new and exiting live music, which is Ekko in Utrecht.

Interests

Too much to really focus.. and too little time! New languages, cartography, urban geography, cycling races on Belgian television, everything about Japan, (live) music, HBO series, Battlestar Galactica, LucasArts adventure games and just about anything random popping up in life.

Soon I'll be travelling in Japan for a while. Right now I'm taking language courses to make life easier while I'm there. Any tips, experiences or wonderful stories about it are greatly appreciated!
