I'm a "try everything at least once" type of person - as a result I have many hobbies and activities, and love to travel. In my life I've worked in Environmental Consulting, Veterinary Care, Physics, Audio/ Visual Systems Design, Aviation and Music. I'm currently a professional photographer, and I design nightclub and event sound systems on the side. I'm also a pilot who enjoys travel by air.

My musical tastes are exceedingly diverse, but my favorites are mostly in the worlds of Trance (Electronic), Swing, Bluegrass and Classical.

Movies - well just about anything funny, as well as the Harry Potters, Lord of the Rings, and a variety of other films. I'm also partial to Warren Miller ski films, and One-Six-Right.

I'm well traveled, but a lifelong resident of the DC area. I know the area about as well as anyone and I love showing people around my hometown. I can teach you about sound, music and acoustics, photography and a few other things, but I'm always thrilled to converse about new things as well.
