About Me

I am a relaxed guy, traveling now and then. Atm I'm enjoying life, reading, swimming, pubs and new stuff. I like getting to know and discuss what people think, as well as talking nonsense and stupidly funny shit. It's curiosity which keeps me driving and how people life and create their culture is my favorite thing getting to know. Everyday rituals as well as the subtel differences between us give me inspiration to see the big picture which is a neverending movement painted by individual brushes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I am going on a trip though Europe, starting in Lisboa and going with the flow. So I would be really happy being influenced by you.

I am looking for new experience and perspectives and as solidarity is really important to me, it's the perfect way of DIY travelling and exploring the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

Right now I am reading Solschenizyn, afterwards I will start Boyles' "Water Music".
I really like Houellebecq at the moment
Bradburys' Fahrenheit 451, Bukowski and Kafka
Foucaults Punisment and Disciplin was very impressive to me

Tyler the Creator, a lot of german rap etc. sometimes also some Black Metal stuff f. e. secrets of the moon
aoty: Fatoni - Andorra
I am not closed minded, but there are only a few artists which catch me as strong, that I play them on rotation

I am not that much into movies, but I guess the storys of Martin McDonagh and Coen Brothers entertain me most
Last show I watch was Chernobyl, which is great, since it has this sociological view and takes it's characters very serious. I also like Fargo and Black Mirror a lot, but I guess the most impressiv show I know is Bojack Horseman. It's amazingly tragic

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Drove from Heidelberg to Amsterdam by bike was nice, but I guess helping friends is the most amazing thing I can do

Teach, Learn, Share

cardamom coffee for sure!

I am learning to play the cajon atm, so if there is anything I can hit let's make some music!
