I love to get my hands dirty, dive into challenges and get lost wherever I am, jumping on moving trains not knowing where they're headed. Big believer in sharing. I love going to new places, meeting new people, and learning about how different people live in the world- I'll pretty much try just about anything at least once! I also love learning about and discussing history and philosophy (both of which I study at university) as well as science, psychology, economics, mechanics, movies, music, books... pretty much anything! Motorcycles and dogs are a particular soft spot for me though, always love to go for a ride on a sunny day or run around the beach with the dog.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing has brought me many stories and adventures. You never know where you are going to end up, you always learn a lot, both about the country you are visiting and about yourself.
Willing to meet all sorts of people, getting to spend some time together and enjoying good talks.
Willing to grow through experiences. I try to host people the way I would like to be hosted.
Hoping to meet friendly and interesting people from around the world through the app... as well as save a couple of bucks along the way on my next trip

Way too much good stuff out there to mention any in particular... I'm into just about all kinds of movies, books, and music and will give anything new an honest try at least once
Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Pink Floyd, Electric Light Orchestra, The Aristocrats and Mac Demarco are all a joy to listen to. Every genre of music is pretty great though.
Chilled and oldies are my favourites.

I'm happy to sit down and have a good chat, discussion, or friendly argument, about just about anything - whether I know just about everything or next to nothing - I always try and take something positive away from every encounter and learn as much as I can as I go! I'm a bit of a natural problem solver, so love to help out and try to figure out different ways to achieve goals, no matter really what they may be

What I Can Share with Hosts

A few cold ones and a couple of stories, served with a nice and hot home cooked delicacy, a warm hearth. More than happy to help out around the place with whatever may be needed... I'm handy on the tools, decent in the kitchen, and always happy to return a favour!
