ABOUT ME

I studied a culinary school for 5 years then I moved to the USA where I lived for almost 15 years (mainly in colorado) and worked mainly as a nurse aide with developmentally disabled people. 6 years ago I first moved to norway where I lived for 4 months and then i moved to sweden where ive been living ever since. presently I live and work on an organic farm in Kassjo in northern Sweden where i work on the garden and also look after 4 disabled people who live here.
PHILOSOPHY
i believe that the key to healing our society is to integrate our shadow aspects of our psyche and get better at feeling all types of feelings and emotions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

spent 2 weeks in dark retreat.

in the future id like to open my own dark retreat center because it is the most effective therapy i ever tried on myself. i would also enjoy teaching people somatic meditation.

i enjoy cooking. we can also meditate together or do yoga.
