About Me

I am available to host Friday night March 18th and Saturday night March 19th . I Hope to be sailing the bay this weekend. If you want to see San Francisco from a different perspective let me know.

live, love, be loved, give, hope, stretch.. okay I like all that but keeping it real...excercise daily/practice banjo/learn to sail saftly and sail my boat to Mexico in three years and Hawaii in 5 years.

I'm an ophthalmologist, practicing in northern California. I have the blessing of a wonderful family, Wife (Ruth) and three children (Joel, Kathryn, and Becca) heading off to college and careers.

Respect, kindness, caring

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a 40' sailboat near San Francisco and would love to share this space and sailing opportunity. the " couch" IS ONLY AVAILABLE THE 3RD WEEKEND (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY) OF THE MONTH. The boat has two cabins and I would enjoy the company and sharing sailing with any interested people or couple. The bed space is a little small (you would have your own space), but the views are beautiful. Depending on time and weather you maybe a sail along San Francisco will be possible.

My son has done this a number of times and it would be nice to meet new people and share experiences. I have now been the host for many travelers and I continue to be blessed by making new friends

Well... I spend a lot of time at work. Thankfully, I am proud of what I do and I like it. Beyond that I enjoy my family. As you can guess I've invested some time in learning to sail and I am hoping this takes me to exotic lands... or at least allow me to meet people from exotic lands.
