[Refreshing my profile after 6 years!]

Hi everyone! My name is Roberta, I'm a 100% pure blood Sicilian girl but I lived and studied for 5 years in Friuli Venezia-Giulia (North-Eastern Italy) in my beloved Udine, so I'm kind of a mix of North and South. In Udine I got a bachelor in Foreign Languages and Literature, then I moved to Lisbon where I worked 6 months in customer assistance and, eventually, I left again to start my european master in wine tourism which is taking me across the Europe (Spain, France and Portugal) to discover their wines and tourism industry. I'm currently in Beaune spending summer as fille au pair.

I would describe myself as: cheerful, loud, mostly happy, I play ukulele and I sing basically all the time; on the other hand, I enjoy silence, reading a book, walking in the nature, having a drink and a quiet conversation away from crowded places.
Open minded, easygoing but very spiritual, love a stimulating in-depth conversation.
You might want to know that I'm vegetarian, don't worry I won't bother you if you eat meat, just, I won't be able to join you:)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I used to host a lot, unfortunately, my life has been quite busy in the past years so I don't anymore, but I hope to get back to it some day 'cause it was a lot of fun.

I still like to surf though, and obviously I'm up to meet travelers even if I can't host!

Languages (improving my french, looking forward to learn portuguese♥, good understanding of spanish but I don't speak it).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I can't pick "one" movie or book that I love 'cause they're just so many (especially books!), but don't worry, I talk about this kind of things ALL the time 'cause I'm so passionate about it and I love to share with others so it'll come up, for sure!

About music, I obviously love it (who doesn't?) but I have more of a consumistic approach to it, I listen to a bit of everything without going too much in depth, I don't consider myself a specialist - I guess that's why all of my ex-boyfriends happened to be musicians♥ I like to be "enlightened":))

Leaving Italy after graduation without a clear plan and (little did I know back then) start my pilgrimage around Europe!

I am super sociable but also a very discreet guest and autonomous, so don't worry if you don't have time to "babysit" me, we can totally spend the day apart doing each one their things and meet at the end of the day for an easy chat and drink:) On the other hand, if you have time, I would love to spend some time together!
