ABOUT ME

I'm a baker living in Central Arkansas at the moment. I used to work for the local newspaper, but life happened and I found myself needing a new path in life. That path took me back to school, where I studied baking and pastry arts for a year. I love school, love learning new things. I'm definitely not done with my education, but for now that's taking a break while I try to establish my roots somewhere (Baltimore's currently in my sights). As great as the South can be, it has some major flaws that keep me from feeling like this is truly home. By branching out to a place that's almost the exact opposite, I hope to find a home where I feel comfortable and welcome.

PHILOSOPHY

Be happy. It's simple, but it's so easy to lose track of your own happiness in pursuit of money, social standing, or what-have-you.
