My name is Robert and I'm from Los Angeles. I enjoy hiking and taking scenic drives throughout our local mountains, and I also enjoy going on road trips when I have the chance. I typically drive and fly to the Pacific Northwest- I've been through Oregon, Washington and British Columbia. Being a university student, I understand that my craving for adventure comes with a heavy cost, and that's why I'm always looking for a way to save a buck while out on the road.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Most people see this idea as a little freaky, but couchsurfing excites me. It's such a great feeling being welcomed into someone's home! I've gone on multpile trips through Airbnb, and I can admit that I was a bit hesitant to walk into my first stay. But after staying at many homes, I've realized that this alternative to hotels/motels is so amazing.
