HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Usually, when I decide to host people I like spending time with them as much as I can ( if they want to of course), showing them around and sharing experiences and thoughts. Obviously, I don't expect my hosts to do the same with me if they can't; I like having my space too when I travel.

I'm in love with music, especially with the guitar, which is my passion.
I like reading, watching movies, art in general, walking, cycling, sharing life with nice people, making friends, hang out with them, wine, having fun.

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I really like all this stuff and of course, it's very hard to jot down a list, but I can try to give you an idea:

I really like European movies (especially italian and french ones); oriental movies ( Kim Ki-Duk, Wong Kar-Wai among the others); good Hollywood movies :)
If I had to say what my favorite movie is...well, I would probably say: 'The Big Lebowski' by the Cohen Brothers or 'Rouge' by Kieslowski.

Books? mmm...hard to tell...the only thing I can say is that I always think I should read more than I actually do. I really like reading novels, short stories (Cortazar could be a great example) and essays.

Music it's too a huge topic to talk about. I like classical music, baroque music; pop-rock from the 50's on; almost all types of Jazz; I love Brasilian Bossa Nova. I appreciate good music whether it's electronic or not.

Once I sneaked in a Cure concert at the wonderful greek theater in Taormina. Looking back I think I risked my life in order to do it but it was worth it.

I prefer to learn then to teach. I think when you have learnt something it's good to start over learning something different...but I'd be happy to share all I know.

What can I offer you? Well, I can only say that once you enter my apartment, you're my friend, and friendship is holy.
