About Me

Funny, easy going, curious, Italian guy :) I love to spend time with people, sharing experiences and learning from others. I've been travelling since my 18th birthday. I lived in so many cities that I cannot even remember all of them :D
The places I find myself more comfortable in are: in front of a coffee chatting with some local about the city I'm in at the moment, in a kitchen, cooking with someone, walking around for hours enjoying a good sightseeing session and, of course, sleeping on someone else's couch :D ahahah

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've spent a lot of time travelling in the last years but the "tourist" approach it's not my cup of tea :D
I really enjoy living the places from the point of view of the people living there, this is why I joined couchsurfing, I want to meet locals, talk with them, have them sharing information about the place I'm visiting, cook food with them (and eating it of course!!).

Music, Movies, and Books

wow....I'd need a week to write that down!

Music: I could say that my favourites are the classics of rock. First of all Jimi Hendrix, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Frank Zappa, The Velvet Underground, Jim Morrison, The Doors, SRV and basically all the old rock bands :D
Apart from them, I love to listen to classical music, jazz, blues and that kind of "brainy" genres.
Finally, I listen pop stuff when I need to be cheered up or if I'm getting ready to go out with my friends....I could scare you singing Tailor Swift while I'm in the shower :D haha

Movies: all that Wes Anderson genius stuff, Studio Ghibli m usually reading three or more at the same time so I have a lot of favourites! :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 8 I ended up in the hospital because I picked up a fight with an older guy who was beating a puppy!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking!!!!! Love food, all sorts of food! I have been an Italian chef in several restaurants before becoming an engineer so I can show off in the kitchen :D ahah
I've also been vegan for a lot of time so I can appreciate a good fruit salad :)
I am an engineer, so if you need to repair that leaky faucet or that shaky chair I'll be happy to help you ;)
