Overview
About Me
I run a small pasta artisanal laboratory in Alba, where I've been living for all my life.
This area is quite famous and attractive for food, wine and surroundings, I try to know as much as can of all, by learning and practicing traditional recipes, tasting wine and spending long time biking around.
I love meeting people, from different regions and cultures. I have been traveling quite extensively.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've been hosting for different organizations, so far.
It's a way to travel and understand cultures, habits and food.
Interests
I believe food tells really a lot about a local community, what you eat and how you do it.
I like to spend time for open air activities, mainly biking or hiking.
I'm passionate for cinema, looking at films 2-3 times per week.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Just a couple of years ago, I started to travel by bike. I understood how intense and fantastic that experience is!
Every year, I plan a couple of long stay trips (some like one month, and some thousands km).
The most challenging of those will start in feb24, planning to bike in far east countries (Thailand, Laos, Vietnam).
