I'm a 47 year old married mom of four boys ranging from 10-19. I work part-time as a clinical psychologist at a local mental health center. I am married to a farmer and live in a very rural area in northern Kansas.

I enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. I love hearing interesting stories about where a person’s journeys have taken them. I love to learn about new cities and explore parks, gardens and museums. I love music and theatre! I also love allowing my children to meet people from other places and to hear about their unique situation and experiences.

I love classical and contemporary Christian music. I read fiction especially psychological thrillers. I read the Bible almost daily. I like movies that have strange twists and documentaries too. I like true crime shows. I enjoy shows that have some competitive aspect to them such as Survivor or the Apprentice.

I had the amazing opportunity to volunteer for a summer at a church in Australia (Narara Valley). I worked with youth and had the chance to attend a variety of youth events ranging from school presentations to high adventure get- aways.
