I am a 30 year old professional by trade and seasoned adventurer in my off-time, having spent time studying and working in places as diverse as Hungary (2005), Quebec (2010) and Samoa (2013). I have travelled extensively across Europe but my travel bug has not yet been sated! I am always looking forward to sharing my lovely home city of Melbourne with travellers and going on more adventures overseas whenever I get the chance!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on Couchsurfing because I believe travel should not be an exercise in just looking at lovely (or even not lovely!) places and traveling through them silent to the local people who live there.. but that true travel involves learning about perspectives on life from local people!
