I am very eager to learn so I am glad for any new thoughts, tips or things that you can teach me. I can teach you German and maybe basic English and Spanish (or at least be a conversational partner if you want to practice ;) ) Also I'm sure that by having a discussion or a normal conversation you can everytime learn something new from each other, due to different perspectives, different experiences etc.
