To travel around europe, wwoofing, hitching, busking and couch surfing. Hopefully meeting people and seeing some cool scenery.

ABOUT ME

Being outside, being on my bike, being at a festival, playing music, making music, listening to music, building things and fixing things, exploring places and living in Galloway are all fun things to do.

PHILOSOPHY

The Dalia Lama, when asked what surprised him most about humanity, answered "Man. Because he sacrifices his health in order to make money. Then he sacrifices money to recuperate his health. And then he is so anxious about the future that he does not enjoy the present; the result being that he does not live in the present or the future; he lives as if he is never going to die, and then dies having never really lived"

I enjoy just walking about outside, finding new places and going downhill Biking.
I really enjoy Music.. Playing it, listening to it, and mainly dancing to it, I play bass in a ska/reggae band, and a scottish ceilidh band. I'm currently building a soundsystem with some friends.
I also think the idea of self sufficiency is very cool.

Any music that makes you dance, relax or think is good music. Xavier rudd, rodrigo y gabriella, selecta, shy fx, radikal guru, mungos hifi, turntable dubbers..
When I was younger I used to love getting 100% into my books and believing I was a dragon/wizard/person that lived in a forest and did lots of cool hunting stuff but now my imaginations gone a bit rubbish and I prefer wasting my time on facebook instead of reading books. But Into the Wild, As I walked out one summers morning, catcher in the rye are all books i've enjoyed.
