Hi all,

Writing about myself, mainly about my qualities, is something I find very difficult; a feeling I'm sure most of you get. Nevertheless, here we go..

I absolutely love to travel. Whenever I can, I prefer to stay at one place for a couple of months, so that I can really learn everything about the culture, explore the surroundings and befriend new people. Up untill christmas 2018, I was travelling and working around Australia and Asia. I've met people and seen places I will never forget. Although I love to stay at placs for longer periods of time, I am no longer able to do so. Recently, I started my PhD research into creativity in primary education, which I am equally enthusiastig about! However, my travel-opportunities do suffer from this change in careers. This is why I joined couchsurfing! I would love to stay with locals, albeit for short amounts of time, and hope that this will give me the same sort of 'local' feel while travelling!

Also, if you ever want someone to show you around Nijmegen, let me know! I would love to use couchsurfing as a platform for me to connect with people from all over the world.
