ABOUT ME

I'm absolutely dreadful at describing myself, but I'll give it a go. I'm 22, I study Political Science and at the moment I'm on exchange in Vaasa, Finland. I like conversations, movies, humor and, erm, (this is were the 'dreadful at describing myself' part kicks in) classical music.

In a way I'm typically Dutch (I talk a lot, I can be very direct, no topic is taboo, I can bitch and moan about everything and I can keep my mouth shut), but in a way I'm also not typically Dutch (I can't iceskate and am largely indifferent what football concerns).

兴趣

One of the things that interest me most is society, as this is where mankind expresses itself. Almost everything that has to do with society interests me: history, music, philosophy, psychology, art, religion, but most off all politics. Ultimately, politics is what makes society work and is where you can get a taste of what kind of identity society has. Happily for me, I study Political Science at Leiden University :-)

Other interests of me are movies and good conversations. And there you have it: I spend most of my time reading anything that is somewhat related to politics and society, watching movies and having conversations :-)
