i'm a lover of people, good books, indie movies, music of many kinds. i could live on cheese and wine and bread. ok, and maybe some olives. i love hot and warm weather and traveling to new places. i am a road trip queen and have driven through most of the US.
i'm a writer, a singer, an aspiring banjo player, a former accountant, a future international human rights lawyer, and a loyal, entertaining friend.
i might embarrass you but you will be laughing when i do.

so many favorites! favorite authors include richard braughtigan, john steinbeck, douglas adams, maya angelou, gabriel garcia marquez, jonathan safran foer, julia alvarez, jhumpa lahiri, jane austen, flannery o'connor, etc etc- oh and harry potter books!
music is all over the place- jazz, blues, bluegrass, indie, rock, punk, reggae, some rap, r&b, old school country like johnny cash, 80's music...
in movies i love office space, neverending story, the princess bride, little miss sunshine, anything with johnny depp, harry potter movies, the good girl, riding in cars with boys, the door in the floor, hedwig and the angry inch, last of the mohicans, gangster movies, gardenstate, the royal tennebaums, life aquatic, japanese horror films...
