Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like taking part in social gatherings such as karaoke or home cooking events. During the summer spontaneous park meetings maybe with a guitar are very nice!
Also, during travel i enjoy meeting local CSers just for a coffee or also staying overnight.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy novels, but mostly classics like Agatha Christie's series with Hercule Poirot, Remarque, Hesse.. movies I like are alternative ones. Currently I enjoy Lars von Trier as director/screen play writer and Stanley Kubrick.
Music I love Techno and Deep House but also enjoy Indie rock and classical ones. As I play guitar, I really enjoy "bonfire music" as well :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being part of Setsubun: Throwing beans for getting rid of evil spirits at a shrine in Japan.
Buying my first "real" pineapple on a floating market in Vietnam.
Ice-skating on the baltic sea in Estonia..
I want to have more of that experience! Maybe we can have it together?
