About US

We are a couple (Barbara and Robin) about to embark on a 10-month adventure across the Pacific, a dream we’ve been nurturing for the past 10 years. For us, this journey is not just about traveling, but about taking the time to truly discover the different cultures, landscapes, and, most importantly, the people who make each place unique.

We love slow travel, whether it’s exploring on foot, by bike, or simply staying long enough to connect with the places we visit. We’re curious, open-minded, and always happy to share good conversations, meals, or just simple moments of connection.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the perfect way to enrich our journey, as we believe the most meaningful travel experiences come from the people you meet along the way.

We had several CS experiences while traveling (in Alaska, Canada, Europe) and Hosting (in China). We have also slept over/hosted people we got along with during our trips on several occasions.

Sharing moments, discovering other cultures, traveling of course (slowly ideally), doing sports (hiking, diving, skiing), listening to music , having fun, cooking (and eating)
