About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Working in Costa Rica, traveling around Central America, waiting for the right moment to pounce on the perfect plan

ABOUT ME

I am, hopefully, perceived as a warm, bright and cheery person, who generally gets on with anyone and loves to meet new people. My life so far features a big chunk of academia, a splattering of jobs in London, Bolivia, Australia and Costa Rica, and about forty countries under my belt. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but am having amazing fun exploring the world searching for inspiration.

PHILOSOPHY

A fundamentalist atheist, humanist and futurist, I firmly believe in the true beauty of nature and mankind, and the capacity of humans to surprise, enlighten and enrich other people's lives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I continue to freeload from CS as I am traveling, absorbing the friendship and experiences of the people I meet through CS as I go along. However, I can't wait for the day that I able to settle down and return the favor by hosting; it is one of the most important commitments I have made to myself about what I will do when I finally stop traveling. In the meantime, I continue to tell everyone I meet about this wonderful project.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not much so far, but my introduction to CS was an extremely warm one, making a good friend in the process. I can't wait to meet more like-minded people from all around the world!
