I love the beach and sun but also camping in the wild hills of Scotland. I'm an experimental cook - my mother taught me to prioritize useing up what's in the fidge over a recipe. I'm interested in learning about vegan cooking (I eat meat but often find the flavours in vegan food more exciting). Recently I got mad into zero waste ideas and figuring out ways of avoiding packaging and trying to reduce my carbon footprint.
