I am a South African looking for short term accomodation in Mauritius until I find my feet.
I Grew up in Pretoria, whent to Pretoria Girls High School and there after went to Pretoria Tecknikon to Study Fine Arts. As time went by as a student I realised that I would need top work in Johannesburg as life steered me towards Commercial art. I moved to Johannesburg and worked for the University of Witwatersrand (WITS) for 5 years.

I decided to take a bold step and move to Cape Town where I raised my then young daughter for 15 years in a beautiful place called Noordhoek. There I worked for a few Retail Advertising agencies and lead a rather hectic life style of single parent and career woman. With the political situation In South Africa as it is now it has given me the push to try new options which I'm very excited about.
Today I find myself again at this cross road where I am taking another bold step and spreading my wings to fly off the continent to new adventures. I maybe having a mid-life crisis, I'm not sure but I really cant wait to recapture the essence of life.

I am very open to most music but cant stand the Beetle or country music! lol... thats about it!
needless to say due to my age group I fit in perfectly with 80's music.
I had a vast exposure to all sorts of cultural music drowing up from classical music to rock.
Movie Id say I enjoy Drama, some comedy (Peter Sellers, the Party is my favourite) Sci-fi and other fantasy stuff, not a huge fan of action unless is of a historical value. Period movies and documentries I love.
These days I watch more Series than Movies though.
These days I hardly ever read a book but enjoy pod casts, Tedex and other interesting finds on Youtube.
My favourite book is Perfume, trainspotting, pulpfiction etc.
