About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to see the world, learn as much as I can, and help others do the same

ABOUT ME

I love to learn and find traveling and meeting new people the best way to do so. I've been a few places over the years but there are many more to explore and I'm excited to try out Couch Surfing as a possible means of seeing some of them and sharing my hometown with fellow surfers.

PHILOSOPHY

Any day you spend doing something that doesn't make you happy or isn't contributing to your dreams and goals is a day wasted.

There is something to learn from everyone and everything. Seek out people, places, and experiences and be open to what you might learn.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I don't yet have my own place as I am a student and live in college dorms, but I plan to host in the future and would love to meet couch surfers who come to my area if I'm around! For now I suppose I'll meet who I meet on my journey wherever I go...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

none yet but looking forward to my first!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While studying abroad in Spain, I went on a day hike with some students from my class hiking the Pyrenees. The teacher leading us lost the trail and ended up leading us up a side of a mountain at least 50 feet off the ground with less than three inches under our feet, grasping onto the sides of the mountain with our bare hands. The amazing thing: somehow we all lived and still reached the summit of that mountain.
