我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Willing to host one person on my couch. Preferably female as I live alone (my husband currently lives abroad so for his peace of mind as well). On Holiday now but can definitely host in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been on the site for a while but have not really used it in the past. Been quite busy with work so tended to use hotels and such for convenience and speed. Now that I'm no longer working at studying at the same time I'm looking forward to getting more involved with the travelling community.

I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I get a thrill from learning new things and being in a different environments. Love rock-climbing and tennis. Also love the gym (my idea of therapy). Love love love Jazz and anything with a good beat

Books: Too many to mention but language books, suspense thrillers (currently reading Don't Close Your Eyes)
Movies/TV: Lord of the rings trilogy, Any movie with Michael Shannon, psychological thrillers, bollywood movies, 24, black mirror, Anne with an E (love her imagination, hope and sense of adventure)

Went to Jordan a few years ago on a cultural exchange. Got to volunteer in refugee camps and learn about the Muslim culture (AWESOME!)
