Love languages and math, love mountains and rock climbing, love vegetarian food with a glass of red wine. Coffee, don't forget the strong coffee.
Active, athletic (but currently out of shape), curious, adventurous, well-traveled.

Surfed and hosted a number of times and had a great experience each and every time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosting and surfing has been was really fun. I just love how generous and nice people are. It restores my faith in humanity. Ha. Each time I surfed the experience was so different from the next and that's another great feature of couchsurfing. You don't get that staying at the Holiday Inn!

Interests

Rock climbing, ice climbing, mountain climbing for 35 years.
I do calculus problems for fun, so I've got that going for me.
Travel obviously, and languages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked for 50 days in the Everest and Annapurna regions in Nepal.

Bivyed hanging off the Biancograt in Switzerland in a lightening and snow storm.

Raised two teenage daughters on my own.
