Overview
About Me
Semi-retired Aussie-American Civil/Mining Engineer
When I’m not writing, I’m working on my newly acquired Denver-Sloan’s-Lake house.
Early to bed, early to rise, I meditate with a virtual group each morning.
My Myers Briggs is 'Protagonist' (ENFJ: Warm, proactive, helpful, kind).
My Attachment Style is 'Secure' (Happy to be depended on & to depend on others).
A flexitarian/paleo/intermittent-faster who cooks well & sings sacred choir music.
I'm 3/4 though writing my first book, hoping to publish this year.
I like to sail, bike-race, camp, fish, ski, surf & hike as time allows.
I have successful adult children & god-children in Colorado, Iowa, Australia & the UK.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've arrived an anthropological notion about myself and all humans: among other adaptations, our species developed to never be alone, even for a minute.
For our species in this isolated, post-industrial era, physical health demands we "Exercise Daily".
Perhaps emotional health demands we "Never Be-Asleep Alone".
