ABOUT ME

I am fit, and believe fitness is the key to a long and wonderful life. My goal is to quit working my traditional job and become a artist full-time artist. I like yoga, bicycling and walking to keep fit. I sing a lot to myself and others. I love to cook, and care for plants. Living things thrive for me.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in having fun everywhere I am, and as much as possible. Life is a song, sing it! I know life is very short, why not extract all you can.

This is something new to me, I am in the 'learn this' mode at the present time (read slowly, in a robotic voice).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS in Munich, and Switzerland, I was on my way, with a CS friend, to Italy.

Interests

I am an artist in several mediums. I have been a DJ at a community radio station, kxci.org, for 6 years, and I do a poetry show there called "A Poet's Moment." I really like to learn new things and meet interesting people. A collector of art of all kinds, I like miniature art and I create my own miniatures. Right now I am into Jade as a my statement. I am very demanding of myself.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music has almost no limits. My show is called the "Vinyl Frontier," where I play music from the 20's to present and it is all music from vinyl records. The 60's, 70's and 80's are my favorites. I like science fiction books and movies a lot.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing for me is that I made it to my late 50's. A partner in having children was huge, watching them grow and become adults has been great.
