ABOUT ME

There are two things I could never imagine my life without: sign language and music. I'm an interpreter and a musician. Lucky for me, both of my jobs allow for a great deal of freedom so in the last few years I've had the opportunity to live in some interesting places including New York City, San Diego and Hawaii. I do love the gypsy lifestyle, because moving around means meeting fascinating people and learning about different cultures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I unofficially experienced couchsurfing for the first time in New Orleans through an official CSer and it was one of my favorite traveling experiences EVER...sold!

兴趣

Well...some things that make me smile when I think of them: dirty Greek slang my uncles have taught me, the Onion news reports, hula dancing in Hawaii, David Allen Grier on In Living Color, the random “small world” magic moments of NYC, the music and dancing in the streets of New Orleans, Fenway park, the sound of Otis Redding and his melancholy crooning, and pretty much ANY puppy wagging its tail.

Not sure about "awestruck", but I've done some pretty cool stuff; I worked on cruise ships for a month, participated in a triathlon in a Wonder Woman costume, and was a full time nanny for triplets in Hawaii....
