Author, Creative Coach, Registered Yoga teacher, Dad, geek, songwriter!

I teach yin and restorative yoga, in addition to being a certified life coach. In a past life, I was a touring songwriter.

I am willing to offer private yoga lessons-- and/or songwriting or basic guitar lessons--in exchange for a place to stay!

PHILOSOPHY

My life is enriched by authentically giving and receiving without walls. I choose love over fear. I'm working on saying Yes.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed for the entirety of my songwriting tour in 2009.

Fast-forward 10 years, and I'm heading down to San Jose for an amazing conference in May.
