Hi, I'm Rocky! I recently graduated university and I'm taking some time off to see the world before I start working. Currently, I'm backpacking around Eastern Europe. In April, I'll be moving to New York City. As I'll be pursuing a creative career in advertising, I'm well versed in all things related to mass media communications: TV, film, popular culture, social media, journalism, and marketing.

I am an American citizen (hailing from Chicago), but I was born in Australia, lived in Bangladesh for a few years, and have spent a lot of time vacationing outside of the country. So, I like to think that I've led a very 'international' life. Furthermore, I love learning about other cultures and picking up other languages. As a child, I took three years of Japanese, three years of Spanish in high school, two years of Arabic at university, followed by one year of French and another year living and studying in Paris!

Some things I love: traveling, fashion, classical music, theatre, and photography. I like to design and make my own clothing, I've played the flute for 17 years, I've been acting since grade school, and I've been directing stage productions on my own for the past three or four years.

Meeting and connecting with people is extremely important to me, and I like to consider myself an outgoing person. I very much love escaping to the outdoors to relax, but I'm a city girl through and through. The busy streets and fast-paced lifestyles are my favorite things about living in a city.
