Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I dont fancy travelling. I hate it actually. Though tons of people really dig the "places you should visit before you die" bucket kinda list, for me, its really the people that makes me so kinda out-there. Ive done some city-hoping before, travel from one country to another but that's it. It didnt really got me thrilled. I see the back of airplane seats more than my friends, business hotels more than my own apartment, rushed takeaway meals and tables-for-one instead of home cooked meals and meet/work with a continuous cycle of people that I may never see again. Its great for instagram but sucks for the soul. Ive been meeting people though for the past ten years, way before Couchsurfing took off. Ive tried AirBnB, RoomSwap, etc. so Couchsurfing is just another sub-culture thing.
