I'm from Brazil, grew up in Miami, FL and have been slowly moving further north since. First for school, then for work (definitely not for the weather).

I moved to Providence about five years ago for work. I'm a writer in an advertising agency. It's technically called a Copywriter, but I don't say that because no one knows what it means.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I'm not currently doing as much of the former as I'd like to, so I figured I'd do more of the latter. Also, if I can help some fellow travelers out and build some travel karma in the process, that sounds good to me.

Music: I like all kinds, but if I'm honest with myself 90's R&B is probably my favorite.

Movies: Somewhere between The Godfather and Kung-fu Hustle. I'm not completely sure what that means.

Books: Art of War, Freakonomics, The Fountainhead, A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius.
