My current mission is to meet more human beings and less gadgets.

ABOUT ME

I am an easy-going person, I like to talk (mainly to listen and ask questions) I speak a couple of languages well, have lived in several different places and done a couple of interesting things in his life. I look younger than my 41 years old and I definitely feel younger! (diet? sports? mindset?)

PHILOSOPHY

So far I was lucky enough to meet great people and made good friends. I strongly believe what made that possible was my openness to the world and to the people, regardless of their background or culture. I changed countries and cities so many times that I left a lot of loved people behind. And I miss them all. Meeting new people helps me compensate a bit of that nostalgia, but in a good way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I have already travaled a lot and I enjoy the city I live in I think I will be mostly receiving couchsurfers for the moment.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CouchSurfing-like experience was in Turin, Italy, when I offered help to an American tourist (who was a bit lost) to find a hotel for one night. Since we couldn't find one she ended up sleeping in my place.

I'm not the adrenaline-seeker kind of person, but I'm passionate about snowboarding. Summers are a good excuse to go out and have a beer with friends, or go for a run, walk, ride a bike.

Regarding movies and music I am a very ecletic person. On my iTunes there is pop, pop-rock, rock, rap, hip-hop, piano, Brazilian music, French music, Italian music, soul, lounge.

Whether you're meeeting someone through couchsurfing or any other way, two people will ALWAYS bear differences between them. That is AWESOME, but it can lead to misunderstandings. When spending time with this person, it is important to try to meet him/her halfway. In other words, human relations is about compromises. Try to give more than to take. If both do that it's a win-win game.
